The agreement, in plain words

These terms are an agreement between you and Pantheose Private Limited (“Metabo”, “we”), a company incorporated in India (CIN U62099AP2026PTC126521) with its registered office at 25/1/631, Row House, ZP Colony 4th Street, Andhrakesari Nagar, Nellore 524004, Andhra Pradesh, India. They cover newmetabo.com, the web app at app.newmetabo.com and the Metabo apps for iPhone and Android. By using Metabo you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. Metabo is not medical advice

• Talk to your doctor before you start fasting or change how you eat, especially if you take medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition. See our Safety page.
• Never change a medicine, or when you take it, because of anything Metabo says.
• Stop fasting and get medical help if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
• Answers from the AI coach are written by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important with a qualified professional.

2. Who can use Metabo

You must be 18 or older. You must not use the fasting features if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, have type 1 diabetes, take insulin, sulfonylureas or a prescription weight-loss medicine, or are underweight, unless a doctor who knows your history supervises you.

3. Your account

You can use Metabo as a guest, without an account. If you create one, give accurate details, keep access to your email, phone or Google or Apple account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings.

4. Free and Pro

• Metabo Free costs nothing and has no time limit.
• Metabo Pro adds the AI coach and AI food lookup. Its price is shown on our Pricing page and before you pay. While Metabo launches, Pro is free and we do not take payment details.
• Before Pro costs anything, we will email you at least 30 days ahead. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
• Once you subscribe, Pro renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel in one tap in the app; Pro then lasts until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, their billing and refund rules apply too.
• We may change Pro’s price. A change applies from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before.
• We may limit how often the AI features can be used, to keep them fair and affordable for everyone.

5. Using Metabo fairly

Do not:

• break the law, or use Metabo to harm yourself or anyone else;
• try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
• copy, scrape or resell Metabo, or use it to build a competing product;
• use automated tools to send requests to the AI features;
• post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading where Metabo lets you share with others.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

6. Metabo Circle

Metabo Circle lets signed-in members share recipes, progress, tips and food photos. A member can share a link to a post, and anyone with the link can read that post and its replies without an account. When you post there:

• You agree to our Metabo Circle guidelines. Above all, never tell anyone to start, stop or change a prescribed medicine, and never push long or extreme fasting.
• What other members post is their own experience, not medical advice, and not checked by a doctor. Do not act on it without talking to yours.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You let us store it, check it and show it to other signed-in members, and to anyone a link to it is shared with, for as long as it is up. You must have the right to share any photo you post.
• Every post, reply, photo and Metabo Circle name is checked by Google’s Gemini before others see it, and may wait for a moderator. We may remove anything that breaks the guidelines or these terms, and suspend an account from Metabo Circle. We aim to look at reports within 24 hours. To appeal a decision, write to us.
• You can delete your posts and replies at any time.

7. Your data and content

What you log is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Metabo for you, as our privacy policy explains. You can export or delete it at any time.

8. Our content

The Metabo name, logo, app, designs, food database and articles belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use Metabo for yourself.

9. Changes to Metabo and to these terms

We keep improving Metabo, so features can change or be removed. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. If you keep using Metabo after that, the new terms apply.

10. If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Metabo accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your health. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about your health based on Metabo. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under India’s consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

11. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Metabo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. If we ever shut Metabo down, we will give you at least 30 days to export your data.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved that way. If not, the courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India, have jurisdiction.
